Gina Renzulli Lemay

Gina Renzulli Lemay joined the firm in 2010 after several years with a mid-sized RI law firm where she concentrated on insurance defense matters. Gina handles litigation in state and federal courts for the firm’s municipal and private clients, and has been actively involved in matters focusing on regulatory and administration issues. Gina works closely with the firm’s municipal clients on labor and employment issues, including municipal pensions, and assists with issues related to open government.

Deidre E. Carreno

Deidre E. Carreno is known for her in-depth analysis of complex legal issues and the attention to detail that produces successful and cost-efficient results. She is active in the firm’s representation of government clients including litigation in State and Federal Court and agencies. She also handles collective bargaining and labor disputes.

Dylan Conley
Attorney
Dylan Conley handles municipal, land use, and labor law for the firm. He is the Chairman of the City of Providence Board of Licenses and the Assistant Solicitor for the City of East Providence. He has experience in grievance arbitration and collective bargaining negotiations as well as drafting zoning regulations and guiding developers through the permitting process.

Diony Garcia

Diony Garcia currently works at the Law Offices of William J. Conley, Jr., as a bilingual attorney (English\Spanish), he has experience in handling various civil matters and criminal defense. He began his legal career working as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Providence handling various municipal matters before moving on as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Rhode Island Department of Attorney General.

Kyla Pecchia
Attorney
Kyla M. Pecchia joined the Law Offices of William J. Conley, Jr. in early 2019 after practicing general civil litigation and family law in Warwick, RI. She is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Prior to practicing law full time, Kyla spent two years working as a local lobbyist, representing the legislative interests of several medical professional groups.

Proceed through the sixth light and look for 123 Dyer Street; it is a brick building on the right. The entrance is marked by the American flag.

To access our validated parking, turn right onto Pine Street immediately after the sixth light. (Look for the Capriccio restaurant awning to the right.)
Park in the first parking lot on the left for validated parking.
