Firm History

With a steadfast love of the intricacies of the law, Billy Conley opened his law office in 1982 in a classic New England farmhouse on Willett Avenue in Riverside, Rhode Island. In April of 2014, he moved the law firm to downtown Providence, reflecting its growth and expansion of services for clients.

Billy molded the law practice with a focus on personal service to clients and the practice remains committed to solutions that treat all parties with respect, preserves assets and maximizes successful outcomes.

With experience and a history of hard-won victories valued from all perspectives, the Law Office of William J. Conley, Jr. is known for its attention to detail and its relentless pursuit of successful results for its clients. This depth of experience and plain old fashioned hard work has resulted in rulings with major impact for Rhode Islanders.

From Route 95 North or South, take Exit 22A toward Downtown/Memorial Boulevard.
Proceed straight through five (5) sets of traffic lights.
Proceed through the sixth light and look for 123 Dyer Street; it is a brick building on the right. The entrance is marked by the American flag.


To access our validated parking, turn right onto Pine Street immediately after the sixth light. (Look for the Capriccio restaurant awning to the right.)
Park in the first parking lot on the left for validated parking.
From there, 123 Dyer Street is just around the corner from Capriccio restaurant; the entrance is marked by the American flag. We are on the second floor.
